About This Website

The Temenos website provides information about our services and how to contact us. It does not include registration forms or forms asking for health information. Contact buttons open WhatsApp or your email application.

Display Preferences

If you use the accessibility settings, your display preferences are saved in this device’s browser so they continue to apply as you move between pages. Use the reset button to remove those preferences. This website does not install analytics or advertising trackers.

Other Services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Maps open other providers’ services, which have their own privacy terms. The location maps on the Home and Contact pages are embedded from Google Maps; when a map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies under its own privacy terms. This website is hosted through Cloudflare, which processes technical information needed to deliver pages to your browser. Google Forms and Google Drive are also used for consultation administration as described below.

General Inquiries

General inquiries to Temenos are received through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email and are initially handled by Temenos administrative staff. These inquiries remain in the channels through which they were received.

Initial Consultation Information

If a parent or prospective client decides to proceed with an initial consultation, the administrator will send a Google Form link via WhatsApp. The form collects the initial information needed for the consultation and is used to arrange the initial consultation schedule.

Information submitted through the Google Form is stored in Google Drive as part of Temenos's administrative records. Access to this initial consultation information is restricted to the Managing Director.

Retention and Follow-Up

Information may be retained as an administrative record even if the consultation does not ultimately proceed. Where appropriate, Temenos may also use contact information to follow up on the person's previous inquiry or consultation request.

Temenos does not currently have a fixed retention period for this information. Personal information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for administrative, consultation, service-related, and appropriate follow-up purposes.

Privacy Requests and Contact

You may contact Temenos through its official contact channels to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Requests will be handled by the Managing Director or authorized administrative personnel.
